Chris Gardner

Chris Gardner has been Chief Marketing Officer of ExtendMedia Corporation (Formerly ExtendMedia, Inc.) since August 2007. Mr. Gardner has nearly 20 year of experience in digital media sales and marketing at leading firms including SeaChange International and Verisign. He has 16 years of in-depth expertise in high-technology marketing and product management including wireless, digital content, customer self-service, e-billing, document management and speech recognition ... sectors. He is the Co-Founder of Paydiant, Inc. He served as the Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at m-Qube, Inc. and was responsible for its product strategy and corporate marketing initiatives. Before that, he served as the Vice President of marketing at edocs, Inc. (acquired by, Siebel Systems) and OmniBrowse, Inc., (acquired by Microsoft). He served as Product Manager for Internet Technologies at PC DOCS and at Gartner Group and as Corporate Communications Manager at Dragon Systems. He also served as an Executive Director of Marketing, Self-Service & e-Billing of eDocs, Inc. He led the launch of its wireless portal that provided real-time data services to wireless devices including PDAs, handsets and two-way pagers. He also served in a variety of marketing and product management roles at PC DOCS, the Gartner Group and Dragon Systems. He serves as Director of Paydiant, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
