Scott Ernst is the CEO of L2, Inc., the leading authority on the digital competence of global consumer brands. Scott is an industry veteran with deep experience in consumer marketing, advertising, digital media, analytics and research. With more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operating experience, Scott worked with many of the world’s top brands to help them achieve their sales, profit and market share goals.
Scott has worked with four successful startups and most recently was the President of Millward Brown Digital (formerly known as Compete), where he oversaw the company’s growth from a 20-person start-up to a leader in digital measurement. Prior to Millward Brown, Scott served on the board of advisors for Performable, a marketing automation company that was acquired by Hubspot in 2011. He currently also serves on the board of directors for mySupermarket, MITX and SocialSphere.
Scott received his BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, he was a varsity athlete and an All Ivy honoree. Scott is also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
