EHR vendor Allscripts and business intelligence vendor Humedica announced a collaboration on a cloud-based clinical informatics platform. The firms say that the software package will help physicians and hospitals tackle value-based reimbursements models from payers. The two companies will market a clinical analytics tool that is integrated with Allscripts’ acute care and ambulatory EHRs.
