QuickPlay Media has released PrimeTime2Go, a subscription-based Android app that not only allows you to watch TV shows over wifi, but also to use the phone as a DVR. (Edit: To clarify, shows must be downloaded over wifi, but no connection is needed to watch them after they're downloaded.) Oddly, the app is only available for Motorola's Android phones: Droid, Cliq, Cliq XT and Backflip.
