Press for Bullhorn

Women work longer days and report working more often on vacation than their male counterparts. Yet, women also report greater perceived satisfaction with their compensation, according to new data released today in theFIT's first Report on Workplace Culture. Fifty-four percent of women report working nine or more hours a day, compared to 41 percent of men. The report includes survey data from over 5,000 U.S. employees.

Today, Bullhorn, Inc. announced the launch of Bullhorn Reach University (Reach U), an online training program designed to help recruiters maximize usage of social media as part of their recruiting efforts. Categorized into three custom-designed courses, "Social Recruiting Basics," "Social Recruiting Techniques" and "Social Recruiting Strategies," Bullhorn Reach University provides online education, guidance and tips for recruiters and hiring managers at all levels of social media proficiency.

Recruiting software provider Bullhorn, Inc. today reported strong results for 2011. New bookings and revenue for the company’s applicant tracking and CRM platform grew 40% over 2010, while over 35,000 recruiters chose Bullhorn Reach for social recruiting since its February launch, one of the fastest-spreading applications in the industry’s history.

As early as 2008, Bullhorn Inc., a fast growing Boston-based provider of front-office staffing and recruiting management software, was considering the cloud to help streamline development and distribution of its Software as a Service (SaaS) products to over 2,500 customers and 25,000 users in 35 countries.
But Bullhorn's early embrace of Platform as a Service (PaaS) had more to do with long-standing relationships than with new-fangled cloud technologies.
