At General Catalyst, I support the firm’s growth while addressing the desire in society and among investors for greater transparency in how capital and the economy intersect. I’ve observed that venture capital now comes from a broader range of investors with varied levels of experience and sophistication – yet they all deserve the same assurance that their needs and goals are in good hands.

As a veteran of successful, team-focused financial firms, I’ve collaborated closely with legal and operations experts across core activities, from prospecting to reporting. One hallmark of my work is ensuring that operating policies are tailored to the organization and how it works, so that compliance is built in and breakthrough achievements always take place within the proper bounds.

Outside the office, I’m a regular on the tennis court and on the sidelines of lacrosse fields where my children play. I’m also a long-time volunteer with groups benefiting women and children, and I support the Boston Athletic Association, the organizers of the world-famous Boston Marathon.
