Andrea partners with early stage B2B software and AI companies at General Catalyst, focused on pre-seed and seed stages. She loves to partner with ambitious, product-minded founders who are former operators, build community, and jam on product and GTM.

She is very founder-focused when investing at the earliest stages and is excited about companies building in applied AI, departmental software, spatial (AR/VR), marketplaces, and ecommerce.

Prior to GC, Andrea was the Growth Product Lead at Amplitude, where she built the growth team and led product growth from Series D to a direct listing and beyond. Prior to that, she was an early employee at Lime and worked across sales, marketing, strategy, product and business operations from seed to series D. Earlier in her career, Andrea spent time in investment banking and management consulting at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Kearney.

Andrea earned her bachelor’s in Economics and master’s in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. She is a fan of 17th-century Dutch painter Vermeer and was a competitive ballroom dancer.
