Dave joins Catalytic following 7 years at First Republic and 17 years at Merrill Lynch where he held a variety of senior leadership positions. At First Republic, he was responsible for growing the Wealth Management business from $60 to $290 billion in assets, and involved in hiring approximately 180 Wealth Managers across the country. Away from the office, you will find him exploring the streets and beaches with his wife, Ashley and dog Lou.
