Dave Breslin leads GC Wealth, a next-generation wealth management platform built for transformational individuals, families, and organizations and critical component of GC’s endeavor to go Beyond Venture. At GC, Dave focuses on financial services industry transformation while leveraging GC’s scope to bring innovation and creativity to GC Wealth’s client experience. 

Dave joined GC in 2023, following 7 years at First Republic and 17 years at Merrill Lynch where he held a variety of senior leadership positions. At First Republic, he was responsible for growing the Private Wealth Management business from $60 to $290 billion in assets and involved in hiring 180 Wealth Managers across the country.

Dave graduated from the University of Vermont and completed The Wharton School’s Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. Alongside his work at GC, he dedicates considerable time to both the Make-A-Wish Foundation in the Bay Area and Seal Future Foundation where he mentors Navy SEAL Team members transitioning from military to civilian life. When not at GC, you can find him alongside his wife Ashley and dog Lou canvassing one of the many beaches at the west end of San Francisco.
