I am the Chief of Staff to Dr. Jeannette zu Fürstenberg at General Catalyst. In my role, I closely support General Catalyst's European operations and orchestrate a number of strategic projects in Europe, drawing on my experience in business operations, strategy, and managing complex and sometimes ambiguous projects.

Prior to joining General Catalyst, I was a Director of Operations at Formlabs, where I focused on building an excellent Go-to-Market organization to get 3D printers into the hands of businesses across EMEA. Prior to that, I worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, primarily serving clients in the Energy and Pharmaceuticals sectors worldwide.

I hold an MSc in Biochemistry and a PhD in Management, for which I assessed the effectiveness of cross-functional product development teams across different geographies.

I live in Berlin with my partner and three daughters so I have my hands full with raising the next generation of strong women.
