Kimberly is a Bay Area native who joins Catalytic from First Republic, having previously worked alongside Dave to help scale many functions across the executive team and the broader organization. Prior to First Republic, she served in client-facing roles and regional leadership roles at two private wealth firms. Kimberly now resides in Pacifica with her husband and son, with a new addition to the family on the way.
