Client Solutions & Services

I am a member of the investor relations team at General Catalyst, specializing in product development. As an investment banker, I previously worked with General Catalyst as a client since 2020. After a five-year audition, it is exciting to now be part of the firm based in New York.
Previously, I was an investment banker since 1997 raising capital for alternative investment firms. Since 2018, I was a Partner at Campbell Lutyens, the largest global placement agent that over the past few years has raised the most institutional capital in the placement industry. Before that, I was at Citi and JPMorgan. Over the past 25 years, I have led over 85 fundraises for venture capital, private equity, real assets and credit funds. I got into the fundraising profession as alternatives were just becoming a mainstream asset class. During this time, investors have grown their alternatives portfolios dramatically although fundraising has never been easy. I am thrilled to join General Catalyst, a firm that has enjoyed great fundraising success given its strong brand, talented team and successful track record.
I graduated from Penn State with a finance degree and have an MBA from Harvard Business School. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and am an avid Steelers and Penn State sports fan. After 25+ years in New York, I have become a big fan of the Knicks but no other New York sports teams. I struggle to keep up with my fitness and enjoy walking around NYC. My wife, dog (havanese) and I live on the Upper West Side and we have two grown daughters, ages 25 and 23.
