Ricky Will is a Wealth Manager at GC Wealth, focused on pre-liquidity planning strategies and managing disciplined investment portfolios emphasizing tax efficiency, liquidity, and transparency. Ricky is based in Jackson, WY.

Prior to joining General Catalyst, Ricky was a founding employee of First Republic’s introduction to Jackson, WY in early 2019. He began his career in Chicago with RMB Capital Management and worked as a portfolio manager for First Western Trust. Ricky graduated from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and competed as a Division I NCAA athlete. 

Outside of work, Ricky enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and golfing with his wife Salem and dog Karl while somehow finding the time and energy to coach the Jackson Hole High School lacrosse team.
