Shelter joins Catalytic after helping establish First Republic’s Wyoming presence and launching her career in business development at Cambridge Investments. She graduated from Connecticut College with honors in Psychology and Chinese and played for the Women’s Water Polo team. When she’s not catalyzing financial innovation, she’s exploring the mountains with her dog, Douglas, skiing, biking, or supporting local non-profits that champion land preservation and women’s mentorship.
