At General Catalyst, I focus on partnering with founders at the earliest stages as a member of the Health Assurance team. I love working with founders as they grapple with turning an idea into an enduring business, particularly when that idea has the potential to make our world a better place.

After toying with a career in journalism or public policy, I began my career on J.P. Morgan’s Not-For-Profit Healthcare team, working with hospitals to raise capital and pursue strategic initiatives. I then joined Savvy, a YC-backed seed-stage startup at the intersection of healthcare and insurtech, where I touched just about everything aside from the code base (go-to-market, customer onboarding and support, insurance enrollment and operations). I then began my investing career at Greycroft, where I was able to work closely with founders across healthcare and the life sciences.

I joined General Catalyst to help achieve the mission of transforming healthcare from a “sick care” system to a proactive system that helps people stay well while bending the cost curve. I’m excited to be surrounded by and work with mission-driven investors, who understand technology’s ability to improve the world and are committed to backing healthcare’s most impactful businesses.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, watching Notre Dame Football, and walking (admittedly sometimes dragging) our miniature long-haired dachshund, Penelope, around NYC with my fiancé, Meg.
