I am an investor at General Catalyst's Berlin office, where I drive the firm's Global Resilience thesis across Europe. In an era defined by increasing global crises and great power competition, I focus on backing founders who are modernizing critical infrastructure across climate and energy, industrials, and defense and intelligence sectors. I work on both traditional venture investments and the Creation strategy, where I help build thesis-driven companies from the ground up to address critical gaps in Europe's industrial and technological landscape.
Before joining GC, I was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I helped major industrial and consumer companies navigate their sustainability and digital transformation journeys. This experience gave me firsthand insight into Europe's industrial challenges, from rising energy costs to workforce shortages, and the opportunities for innovative solutions. I also served as an advisor to the United Nations, working on economic development and environmental initiatives. Combined with my MA in Quantitative Methods from Columbia University and BASc in Economics and Mathematics from University College London, this diverse background helps me bring a fresh perspective to identifying and supporting promising startups.
When I’m not meeting with founders or diving deep into new technologies, you'll find me exploring my creative side through product design, film, and photography. I bring this creative mindset to my work with entrepreneurs, helping them think differently about solving complex industrial challenges.
I am particularly excited to connect with founders and industry leaders who share my vision of building a more resilient and technologically sovereign Europe, whether through traditional venture investments or creative company-building approaches.
