James joins Catalytic with an array of private wealth management experience, most recently as a Managing Director at First Republic. He believes in operating with transparency, proactivity, and understanding his clients’ needs. When he’s not catalyzing financial innovation, he serves as a trustee on the Hughes Charitable Foundation and spends time with his wife and two children.
