James joins Catalytic after five years as a Managing Director at First Republic and 18 years at Goldman Sachs in roles that spanned Institutional Sales and Trading and Private Wealth Management. Early in his career, he served as the Press Secretary to the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, overseeing 60% of the federal budget. When he’s not catalyzing financial innovation, he’s on the Coombs Outdoors, Jackson Hole Community School, and LA Posse Advisory boards, volunteering as a firefighter / EMR, or exploring Jackson Hole with his wife, four children, and two dogs.
