Liv Parry leads our European Executive Talent initiatives, supporting our portfolio companies with their talent strategies and cultivating key executive networks. Working closely with the founders at the heart of Europe’s entrepreneurial ecosystems, she is deeply passionate about GC’s role in being the epicentre for the next generation of European founders and leaders.

Before joining GC, Liv was firstminute capital's Head of Portfolio, working across 160 portfolio companies spanning Europe, the US, and some emerging markets. She partnered with early-stage founders at each stage of their companies’ journeys, scaling their teams and helping navigate their bespoke hiring and leadership development challenges. Earlier in her career, she spent time at executive search firms Erevena and Heidrick & Struggles, building leadership teams across both investor-backed tech scale-ups and publicly listed software businesses.

Liv holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature with Proficiency in Chinese from the University of Exeter. Off the clock, you can find her on the Padel court, training for a Hyrox, or catching a West End show. Having spent her early years in Hong Kong and Singapore, she’s on a lifelong mission to track down flavours that remind her of home in London.
