Michael joins Catalytic to lead our Financial Planning practice, having been responsible for engaging with families at both First Republic and Wells Fargo. Michael has deep expertise designing and executing customized financial, estate/wealth transfer, and philanthropic plans with a specific focus on entrepreneur pre-liquidity (IPO & M&A) and Venture Capital General Partner planning.
