I am the founder of Venture Highway, which I established before joining forces with General Catalyst as Managing Director. Venture Highway has backed companies such as Meesho, Sharechat, Moglix, and MPL at their earliest stages.

Before my current role, I was the Global Head of Business at WhatsApp, where I led WhatsApp’s $19B sale to Facebook in 2014. Prior to my time at WhatsApp, I served as Principal of Corporate Development at Google. I also serve as a Board Member of the UCSF Foundation and the IIT Delhi Endowment Fund.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indian School of Business.
