Nichole joins Catalytic with two decades of experience, most recently as Wealth Manager at First Republic. Nichole brings an open and curious mind along with a commitment to co-creating with clients, a deep level of care and unmatched integrity. When not working to catalyze the wealth management industry, she can be found coaching women regarding wealth issues, volunteering for causes related to girls and education (Rwanda Girls Initiative Board member), in a Crossfit gym (Level I certified coach), or spending time with her fiancée raising their 5 teenage children in Bellevue, WA.
